Deidre Woodard is a Broker Associate with LC Real Estate Group with nearly a decade of real estate and commercial investing experience. As an Accredited Commercial Professional (ACP) and a CCIM Candidate (with an emphasis in Real Estate Development) Deidre is a trusted advisor to clients navigating the rapidly evolving commercial landscape across North Texas. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, strategic insights and strong negotiation skills, Deidre is widely respected for delivering results while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and client advocacy with an unsurpassed level of passion, integrity and excellence.

A graduate of Stanford University, Deidre earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Biology before matriculating into the prestigious dual-degree MD/PhD program at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. There she completed the first two years of medical school and conducted nearly three years of research focused on wound healing and scar tissue formation. Her scientific training cultivated the analytical discipline and problem-solving mindset that shapes her approach to commercial real estate. Deidre honed her marketing and branding expertise in the entertainment industry while working at Universal Studios under the VP of Brand Marketing for Home Entertainment. Immersed in an environment of theatrical releases and third-party marketing campaigns, Deidre developed a sophisticated understanding of how advertising, storytelling and visual branding are intricately linked to client acquisition thereby enabling her to craft impactful strategic marketing campaigns for commercial properties and investment opportunities.

A leader in the North Texas commercial real estate community, Deidre currently serves as Chair of the Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of McKinney, where she plays an active role in shaping responsible development and community growth that aligns with the city’s vision. Outside of real estate, Deidre enjoys spending time with her husband and son—whether traveling, cheering at her son’s basketball games, or enjoying family movie nights. Deidre is also an avid golfer and passionate community advocate, who has volunteered with numerous nonprofit organizations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

She brings a disciplined analytical approach, strong market insight and a sophisticated understanding of advertising and visual storytelling which enables her to guide her clients through complex real estate decisions with confidence and precision.
