Lexia Crawford founded LC Real Estate Group in 2021 after serving the Dallas/Fort Worth residential market since 2006.

When commercial spaces surged in demand as businesses reopened after the COVID-19 pandemic, Lexia made a strategic pivot from residential to commercial real estate. That shift revealed a striking truth — there were too few women agents, and even fewer diverse voices, in the commercial sector. She recognized a gap: many aspiring business owners and investors, particularly from underserved communities, were eager to start but lacked representation.

This realization became her mission: to mentor and empower more female and BIPOC agents to step into commercial real estate. Since then, she has built a dynamic team of agents and partners — women and men from diverse religions, nationalities, and backgrounds — united by the shared goal of helping clients close deals and build wealth.
