Lexia Crawford founded the LC Real Estate Group in 2020 after her extensive experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth residential market since 2006.

When demand for commercial real estate surged as businesses began to reopen following the COVID-19 pandemic, Lexia made a strategic transition from residential properties to the commercial sector. This shift highlighted a significant truth — there were too few women agents, and even fewer diverse voices, in commercial real estate. She identified a gap: many aspiring business owners and investors, especially from underserved communities, were eager to start but faced a lack of representation.

This realization transformed into her mission: to mentor and empower more female and BIPOC agents to pursue careers in commercial real estate. Since then, Lexia has assembled a dynamic team at LC Real Estate Group, comprising agents and partners — both women and men from various religions, nationalities, and backgrounds — all united by the common goal of helping clients close deals and build wealth.
